1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you" or "Carrier") and Vantage Mile Logistics LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), concerning your access to and use of our website and dispatching services.
2. Services Provided
Vantage Mile Logistics LLC acts as an independent dispatcher and logistics coordinator. Our services include:
- Searching for freight loads that meet the Carrier's criteria.
- Negotiating rates with brokers and shippers.
- Handling administrative paperwork (setup packets, rate confirmations).
We are NOT a freight broker or a motor carrier. We do not take possession of cargo.
3. Carrier Responsibilities
By using our services, you represent and warrant that:
- You hold valid operating authority (MC/DOT number) from the FMCSA.
- You possess active and sufficient liability and cargo insurance.
- You are solely responsible for the safe and legal operation of your equipment and the safe transport of all cargo.
- You maintain a "Satisfactory" or "None" safety rating.
4. No Forced Dispatch
We operate on a "No Forced Dispatch" basis. You have the right to accept or decline any load we present to you. However, once a Rate Confirmation is signed by you (or by us on your behalf with your permission), you are obligated to fulfill that contract with the broker.
5. Limitation of Liability
Vantage Mile Logistics LLC shall not be liable for:
- Any cargo claims, damage, theft, or loss.
- Non-payment by freight brokers or shippers (though we will assist in credit checks).
- Any traffic violations, accidents, or mechanical breakdowns incurred by the Carrier.
6. Payment and Fees
Our service fees are agreed upon in a separate Dispatch Agreement. Failure to pay agreed-upon dispatch fees may result in termination of services and legal action to recover funds.
7. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of the State of Missouri. Vantage Mile Logistics LLC and yourself irrevocably consent that the courts of Missouri shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute which may arise in connection with these terms.

Estos Términos de Servicio constituyen un acuerdo legalmente vinculante realizado entre usted, ya sea personalmente o en nombre de una entidad ("usted" o "Transportista") y Vantage Mile Logistics LLC ("nosotros", "nos" o "nuestro"), en relación con su acceso y uso de nuestro sitio web y servicios de despacho.
2. Servicios Prestados
Vantage Mile Logistics LLC actúa como un despachador y coordinador logístico independiente. Nuestros servicios incluyen:
- Búsqueda de cargas de flete que cumplan con los criterios del Transportista.
- Negociación de tarifas con corredores y embarcadores.
- Manejo de papeleo administrativo (paquetes de configuración, confirmaciones de tarifas).
NO somos un corredor de carga ni un autotransportista. No tomamos posesión de la carga.
3. Responsabilidades del Transportista
Al utilizar nuestros servicios, usted declara y garantiza que:
- Posee una autoridad operativa válida (número MC/DOT) de la FMCSA.
- Posee un seguro de responsabilidad y carga activo y suficiente.
- Usted es el único responsable de la operación segura y legal de su equipo y del transporte seguro de toda la carga.
- Mantiene una calificación de seguridad "Satisfactoria" o "Ninguna".
4. Sin Despacho Forzado
Operamos bajo una base de "Sin Despacho Forzado". Tiene derecho a aceptar o rechazar cualquier carga que le presentemos. Sin embargo, una vez que usted firma una Confirmación de Tarifa (o nosotros en su nombre con su permiso), está obligado a cumplir ese contrato con el corredor.
5. Limitación de Responsabilidad
Vantage Mile Logistics LLC no será responsable de:
- Cualquier reclamo de carga, daño, robo o pérdida.
- Falta de pago por parte de corredores de carga o embarcadores (aunque ayudaremos en las verificaciones de crédito).
- Cualquier infracción de tránsito, accidente o avería mecánica incurrida por el Transportista.
6. Pagos y Tarifas
Nuestras tarifas de servicio se acuerdan en un Acuerdo de Despacho separado. El incumplimiento del pago de las tarifas de despacho acordadas puede resultar en la terminación de los servicios y acciones legales para recuperar fondos.
7. Ley Aplicable
Estos Términos se regirán y definirán siguiendo las leyes del Estado de Missouri. Vantage Mile Logistics LLC y usted consienten irrevocablemente que los tribunales de Missouri tendrán jurisdicción exclusiva para resolver cualquier disputa que pueda surgir en relación con estos términos.
